My name is A. R. Angelos, and I am a Greek fantasy author shaped by a lifelong fascination with myth, language, and creation. I began building the world of Niryar when I was fifteen, driven by an instinctive need to give form to the stories, histories, and characters that lived in my mind. Over the years, that spark grew into a vast multi-era universe with its own cosmology, cultures, and original languages.
I write Dark Epic and High Fantasy because I’m drawn to the space where light and shadow meet where power transforms people, where hope refuses to die, and where myth mirrors the human soul. J.R.R. Tolkien has been my greatest inspiration, his work taught me not only how to build a world, but how to give it heart.
As an author, my goal is simple: to create worlds readers can lose themselves in and return from changed. I continue to expand the Niryar Universe one story at a time, exploring new corners of a realm that has grown with me for more than fifteen years.
